The ERBID3 Consultation Document (2027–2031) has now been produced and sent to all eligible BID levy-payers. You can also view it online here.
This document is the first step in a consultation process to shape the future of the English Riviera BID. It reflects on what’s been achieved during ERBID2 and sets out our proposals for ERBID3, which could generate £3.5 million of investment in destination marketing over five years.
This consultation process is about listening to you. A series of small, informal sessions will take place this autumn across Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham, providing opportunities for businesses to ask questions, discuss the proposals, and share feedback. The sessions are being planned now and details and booking links will be sent by email and published here, by mid-September.
Your views will directly shape the Final ERBID3 Business Plan, which will be published in spring 2026 ahead of a formal ballot of levy-payers in summer 2026. That ballot will decide whether the English Riviera moves forward into a third five-year BID term, beginning in January 2027.
We encourage all BID businesses to get involved, attend a session, and help us build a strong future for the English Riviera together.
