We’re excited to announce the launch of our latest destination marketing initiative - our brand-new Couples Campaign, which officially went live on Monday 26th May.

Targeting couples aged 50+ from Bristol, Cardiff and South Wales, this vibrant, multi-channel campaign invites visitors to discover the magic of the English Riviera.  From breathtaking coastal walks to award-winning dining and serene sea views, it showcases everything that makes our destination the perfect escape for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
 

Filmed in glorious sunshine this past April, the adverts continue the theme of our recent family-focused campaign, cleverly contrasting everyday life with the uplifting experiences awaiting on the English Riviera.  The tone is fun, engaging, and tailored to resonate with our target audience.
 

The campaign includes:

  • TV advertising through Sky AdSmart and ITVX
  • Digital and video ads across Meta, Google, and TripAdvisor
  • Organic social media content
  • PR activity to amplify reach

Digital advertising is also being extended into the wider South West region to broaden engagement.
 

Running throughout the year, this campaign forms part of our wider ‘escape your everyday’ strategy and is part-funded by South West Water, supporting recovery for the local tourism industry following the Cryptosporidium outbreak in Brixham last May.  A dedicated Brixham photoshoot and video is in preparation now – watch this space!
