Newbarn Farm is home to several holiday cottages, each with its own character and charm.
Renovated to a very good standard, each cottage is extremely thoughtfully equipped, and is ideal for families, for friends to get together, as well as couples, and offers all the creature comforts to help you relax after exploring Devon.

Road Directions
From the North:-M5 from Bristol travel southbound for approximately 1 ½ hours to Exeter.At junction 31 on the M5, Exeter, the road splits into two, the A30 and the A38, take the A38 signposted to Plymouth.Travel for approximately 19 miles on the A38 and take the turn off signposted Dartmouth, Buckfastleigh and Totnes (A381 and A384). Continue with directions below at (To Newbarn Farm).From the South:-From Plymouth on the A38 travel for approximately ½ an hour (25 Miles) to Exeter.Take the turn off signposted Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth and Totnes (A381 and A384). To Newbarn Farm:-At the top of the slip road turn left onto the A384 towards Totnes and travel for 4 ½ miles to Dartington.At the first roundabout take the second exit and at the second roundabout take the first exit still following signs to Totnes and Paignton on the A385.After 1 mile you will enter Totnes. At the traffic lights go straight across and at the next roundabout take the second exit signposted to Paignton (A385). Go over the river bridge and at the next roundabout take the second exit again to Paignton (A385).Travel for approximately 3 miles on the A385. On the way you will pass the Longcombe nursery on your left and about 1 mile further up the road you will see a petrol station/Car sales on the right, slow down and travel for about another 500 yards and you will see on the right a brown tourist sign saying “Newbarn Farm Angling Centre” which is just in front of our driveway.Turn right into the driveway and travel for ½ mile past the Angling Centre and up the hill to the main car park in front of the Cottages where you will find allocated parking places for each cottage.Welcome to Newbarn Farm !
