Children's Week

Children's Week is a fantastic festival that runs annually during the summer holidays. Designed for children, it offers a range of activities and events, including workshops, performances and games. There are also storytelling sessions and arts and crafts activities available.

Pirate Festival

The Pirate Festival is a family-friendly weekend of pirate fancy dress and live music. The event is based in Brixham Harbour, with much of the town getting involved in the festivities, and being taken over by seafaring scallywags. There’s plenty of pirate-themed activities for kids and everybody gets dressed up as a pirate - in fact, if you venture into Brixham on Pirate Festival weekend in everyday clothes, you're likely to stand out!

English Riviera Airshow

The English Riviera Airshow is a family friendly event which attracts thousands of people to the English Riviera’s seafront every year. Expect to see aircraft displays and flypasts, including the Red Arrows, as well as many other thrilling displays, a funfair and food and drink stalls.

English Riviera Airshow

The naturally inspiring sky of the English Riviera is ready to host the Bays flagship event. The two-day aerial-extravaganza also boasts an array of on-the-ground entertainment to keep airshow fans and families entertained for hours. The official designated car park for the free-to-attend event is the Victoria Car Park on Garfield Road, Paignton, and is just a short walk from the main event site on Paignton Green. Since the first English Riviera Airshow in 2016, the event is one of the first airshows of the UK season. The stand-out coastal event continues to wow locals and tourists as they flock to Paignton seafront for the two-day extravaganza.

2022 Platinum Jubilee

The English Riviera will be the place to be during the historic weekend marking Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee! There’s plenty happening in Torbay during the bank holiday in June.
Train of Lights

The Christmas Train of Lights is now the must-see event in the South West festive calendar and of course the 2023 show will capture the magic of our previous shows - and then some!! The festive illuminated journey starts at Queen's Park Station, Paignton, where a steam train with vintage carriages awaits you - decorated with thousands of lights, both inside and out
