Camellia Cottage is a beautiful Grade II Listed barn that has been converted and furnished to the highest of standards. Nestled in the most peaceful countryside setting, it is just a hop, skip and jump from the bustling coastal towns of Dartmouth and Brixham, along with the stunning south Devon coastline.
It proudly sits within the Alston Farm development and boasts a fabulous enclosed paved garden, superior interiors offering style and comfort, along with private parking for 2 cars.
The cottage comprises 3 beautifully presented bedrooms, each with its own bathroom to enjoy. The master bedroom with adjoining en-suite has a ‘zip & link’ (super-king or twin) bed depending on requirements. The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs next to the adjacent shower room.
