About
A VERY MINIATURE CHRISTMAS
22nd Nov 2026 – 3rd January 2027
Enchanting Christmas scenes and MAGICAL ILLUMINATIONS.
This Christmas, visit Babbacombe Model Village and soak up the festive cheer as the village comes alive with charming Christmas scenes by day and night.
As light falls, enjoy our magical illuminations, twinkling with Christmas sparkle and beautiful festive lighting and music that truly captures the season.
During the daytime, children can join in the fun with our Christmas Character Spotter Sheet. Keep your eyes peeled as you explore the village — can you spot all the miniature Santas and Elves hidden among the scenes? Every successful young explorer will receive a small festive gift.
Even more festive fun is included:
- FREE 9-hole crazy golf with admission — perfect for the whole family
- One FREE return visit within 7 days — enjoy the Christmas magic twice!
Make magical memories this Christmas at Babbacombe Model Village — where festive fun comes to life in miniature!
HOW TO VISIT & USEFUL TIPS –
As everything is in miniature, some of the tiny details, scenes and humour are less visible after dark, to maximise your experience we strongly recommend timing your visit to allow at least hour of daylight too –
To experience ‘day & night’ in one visit – We suggest arriving around 2.30-3.30pm and allow around 2.5 to 3.5 hours for your visit. Enjoy a daylight visit first, doing the spotter sheet challenge and Crazy Golf, then go around again after dark.
OR use our ‘One FREE return visit within 7 days’ for the same people. – Ask at admissions and keep your admission receipt safe. You will need to show this along with a special voucher and your original payment method (your card or the last 4 digits of your phone’s digital card number), as one proof it is the same people returning. Everyone needs to return at the same time and the person who paid needs to be present. Free return is non-transferable and conditions apply – please be sure to read the voucher.
FOOD & REFRESHMENTS – Open 11.00-5.30, hot food (Paninis, Pizzas, Sausage rolls) served from 12.00-5.00pm. See Coffee Shop
What if it is raining? Wet days are always quietest and the wet ground creates great reflections of the lights. We do have some indoor attractions if it is showery – for information about weather tips and indoor attractions SEE HERE. If it is your first visit and it turns out too wet, you can use our ‘One Free Return within 7 days’ to come back on a drier day.
