What is the ERBID?

A Business Improvement District or (BID) is an arrangement whereby businesses collaborate to decide what additional services (in addition to those already provided by Business Rates) that eligible businesses are prepared to pay for.
Who is a BID Levy Payer?

An ERBID levy payer is any business located within the BID area (which covers Brixham, Paignton, Torquay, Babbacombe, and surrounding areas) which falls into one of the categories in the table below. These are the categories that have been designated as benefitting from visitor destination marketing.
Visitor Information Centre

The English Riviera Visitor Information Centre is situated on Torquay Harbourside and is open all year.
