“Sweet Rose” “Honeysuckle” “Threshing Barn” make up Pilgrims Rest Cottages; where we welcome guests all year. Part of the “Old Manor Farmhouse”(15th C), you would stay in a place where history meets modern day luxuries, in a stunning locality. Oak beams, slipper baths, king-size beds; wifi, pampering treatments, child sitting, trampoline; BBQ & gardens, countryside & coastal walks; restaurants & inns; boats, steam trains, zoos, beaches, a partial list of some of the delights inside and out. Located in Barton, Torquay, S. Devon, all awarded top 5* rating, with extras included such as welcome goodies as a thank you; recommendation folders from us and past guests to make the most of your stay; on-site pampering treatments to spoil oneself. Well behaved pets welcome by arrangement &, outside peak seasons, we offer guests access to the larger barns at partial occupancy discount rates; 2 bed almost at one bed prices; 4 at 2; an offer that went down well in 2010. Travel By Car: end of A380 at Penn Inn, Newton Abbott; take first left & then right filter at traffic lights onto St. Marychurch Road. Follow until enter village of Barton. At mini roundabout, turn left & then left again onto Fore Street (arrived at location of Old Manor Farmhouse).

Public Transport Directions

Travel by Bus: take coach to Torquay Coach Station. Taxi firm at station; fare approximately £6.Travel by Train: either take train to Newton Abbott or Torquay Stations. Taxi firm at station; approximate fare £10Bus stop accessing public bus routes in the region within 100yds of barns
