Clover Cottage Devon is situated on a peaceful road in the pretty village of Galmpton, Nr Brixham, Devon. It is walking distance to the village stores, butchers and the Manor Inn for drinks and delicious home cooked food.

Galmpton, Devon is ideally located, close to an eighteen hole golf course, three miles to Brixham, five miles to Dartmouth, six miles to Torquay and seven miles to Totnes. It is walking distance to the National Trust property Greenway House (Agatha Christies’ former holiday home), and quay, where a ferry will take you to Dittisham and onto Dartmouth, a charming historic town with many restaurants and shops. There are plenty of activities here for all the family such as crab fishing and exploring the river Dart on a hire boat. From here you can catch a steam train to Paignton, bus to Totnes, and back to Dartmouth on the ferry. 

Clover Cottage Devon has oak flooring throughout and sleeps six in three spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms contain double beds and TV/DVD. The bathroom which contains a shower is on the first floor. The comfortable lounge has a log burner for cosy evenings in and there is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and double oven. There is gas central heating and wifi, outside decking with table and chairs. Off road parking for one car and parking available in front of house. 

Due to narrow and steep stairways, the house is probably not suitable for young children and people with restricted mobility. A non-smoking house, bed linen and tea-towels provided but please bring your own towels. 

Changeover day is Saturdays. Keys available at 16.00pm, and property needs to be vacated by 10.00am. Clover Cottage Devon is in the perfect position in Galmpton, Devon. Walking distance to the Manor Inn for drinks and food,shops and a butchers.
