3 pm - Wreath Service in Palace Avenue Gardens at the War Memorial. There will be a short service, including a two minutes’ silence and wreath laying by Local Dignitaries and other organisations. Anybody intending to lay a wreath as part of the Paignton service should contact the Royal British Legion branch chairman by email, Paignton.chairman@rbl.community
