Winner Street Studios is a residential pottery & art studio based in Torbay, 14 minutes walk from the South Devon Coastal Path.

We offer accommodation for up to 7 people and two great studios in an old Devon house parts of which date back to the 17th century.

We also have a bunch of instruments including a Schimmel grand piano, semi acoustic guitars & a flute.

The whole place is yours to book. Stay & create!

Accommodation

There are three bedrooms, one with a super king bed, one king and one double bed beneath a single bunk,. So we sleep 7 – 3 doubles and one single.

There’s a grand piano, massive TV / laser projector, various other instruments and a well equipped kitchen.

The whole house & 2 studios are all yours.

The Pottery Studio

We have a pottery studio with many hand tools and a large solid working area. We have a Frema PW-DC-AH-550W wheel with a 35 cm reversible wheel head, adjustable height legs & a cast iron pedal.

 

 

 

 

The Art Studio

Our art studio is lit by 3 large ceiling windows and has a balcony overlooking our courtyard. There’s a great studio easel which we think is a Best Classic Santa Fe (YouTube review) and a solid drafting table as well as some good seating for models.

Supplies

Our studios are stocked with basic supplies for sale. There’s some terracotta, a selection of brushes, water colours, acrylics, water mixable oils & some pads.
