Excellent outdoor facilities
There’s an outdoor hot tub, a sun terrace, barbecue facilities and an area for outdoor dining for you to enjoy during the warmer months. The spacious and secluded sunny gardens are filled with exotic plants, shrubs and flowers and with great sea views this is a lovely place to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
In the heart of Wellswood
There’s plenty of free private parking on site and the nearby trendy village of Wellswood (0.8 miles), just a 2-minute walk from the property is very convenient with plenty of independent shops, The Kents Pub and Inn, local supermarket, a post office and several hair and beauty salons.
Wellswood is also home to Kents Cavern, prehistoric stone age caves and a gateway site to the English Rivera’s designated UNESCO Global Geopark (1.1 mile). Open all year round this award-winning visitor attraction offers a great day out and something for all the family. Explore the extensive labyrinth of spectacular and easily accessible caverns and take a tour with the entertaining cave guides and hear about the Ice Age beasts and Britain’s earliest humans that used to live there.
If you enjoy walks with your four-legged friend, you’ll find plenty of scenic coastal and woodland walks, public parks and large open green spaces to explore on foot. Try the Ansteys Cove Circular, a moderate to difficult walk that includes some steep and rugged sections. Take a look at the English Riviera’s Top 10 Walks page which includes the South West Coast Path, for further inspiration.
