We are situated 2 minutes from Paignton beach front, although there are plenty of stunning beaches for you to explore in the bay, namely Preston Beach and Goodrington beach.

Our ideal location means we are central for activities in the bay, with Torquay and Brixham 3-6 miles away. This means you are never far from a coastal walk or a quick bus ride away from a new adventure for you and your family. If you don’t want to venture far, we are minutes away from Paignton Pier and a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre.

Guests can also enjoy secure storage for bicycles, paddleboards, and canoes—perfect for exploring the local coastline and harbour.
