About
The Clydesdale offers an informal, homely atmosphere and is ideally situated just a 10-minute stroll from the pleasant Paignton Beach, Promenade, Pier and Preston Sands. With the lovely Goodrington Sands a pleasant 20 minutes stroll along the cliff tops.
Choose from single, twin, standard double or our deluxe king size rooms. All the rooms are en-suite and are equipped with tea-and-coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV, and hairdryer. You can relax in our guest lounge any time of the day. We have parking for 5 cars and there is also some free street parking nearby. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Breakfast is served each morning in our dining room and is available to use throughout the day if you wish to bring food in.
Paignton is at the hub of Torbay, and has easy access by road or train to Torquay, Brixham, Totnes and Dartmouth. Where there are a wide variety of things to do and see.

By Car - From the Vue Cinema head towards Torquay along Esplanade Road into Marine Drive. After leaving Paignton Green follow Marine Drive (bearing left) into Manor Road. Continue under the railway bridge to the traffic lights and turn left. Continue for 800m and take the 3rd left into Lower Polsham Road. Continue along (100m) and take the 2nd right into Polsham Park. The Clydesdale is 30m on the left.
