About Us

Located in the heart of the popular Babbacombe and St Marychurch area of Torquay, and only a short drive or bus ride from the centre of Torquay and its busting harbour, Rose Court is a delightful Victorian villa standing in its own gardens in a quiet residential crescent offering self-catering apartments for holidays, short breaks and longer winter lets. It is only a short walk from the glorious Babbacombe sea front with breathtaking views over Lyme Bay. A stroll along Babbacombe Downs leads to the famous cliff railway, Babbacombe Theatre and footpaths to lovely Oddicombe beach and Babbacombe beach. Babbacombe Downs is part of the Coastal Path walk.

Also nearby is the wonderful Babbacombe Model Village, the charming shops, cafes and restaurants of St Marychurch, Kent's Cavern and a selection of fine Fish 'n' Chip shops.

There is a regular bus service to all parts of Torbay from the end of the road (including an open-top sightseeing bus) and our level position makes us ideally situated for walks to the Downs, shopping, local attractions, restaurants and entertainments. Off-road car parking and free wi-fi are avaiable for all guests.

Road Directions

From M5 - A38 - A380Directions to Torquay from M5 motorway; then onto A38 followed by taking the A380 into Torquay.At seafront, turn left, past Princess Theatre and harbour; turn left at clock tower into Torwood Street, which leads up into Babbacombe Road; follow Babbacombe Road for 2 miles; take 2nd or 3rd turning left after Brunel Medical Centre into York Road.
