Mulberry Cottage Brixham

About Us

Set in a quiet and relaxing conservation area on the edge of Churston Ferrers, this 18th-century listed stone barn has been converted to the highest of contemporary standards. Full of character - with exposed beams and trusses, stripped wood floors and exposed stone walls - it is set in in an attractive lawned, cobbled and gravelled courtyard. Pretty Elbury Cove is a 20-minute walk and Broadsands beach and the old fishing port of Brixham are a few minutes' drive. Take a steam train to Kingswear, ferry to Dartmouth, or visit Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor and many National Trust properties. Shops 2 miles, pubs ½ mile.
