Recently refurbished to a very high standard, Coombe cottage is a spacious 2 bedroom house perfectly located on Babbacombe Downs with its many restaurants and cafes. Being a few minutes walk from the beach it is the ideal place for coastal walks and water sports.
Featuring a large open plan ground floor with snug area, dining table, bar area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suites. Outside there is a private garden with seating and a BBQ.
To the front of the house there is a private south facing garden with seating and a bbq. As you go inside, the spacious open plan area is a welcoming sight. Featuring a convenient built in shoe storage bench you then have access to the cozy snug area with 65" TV and a comfy, deep seated L-shaped sofa to relax on. For entertaining there is a small bar area with wine/drinks fridge and wine rack that is next to a 6 seat dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 5 ring induction hob, fridge and freezer, full sized dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle and all the utensils you will need for your stay.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with en-suites and TV's in each.
