Belle Dene is located just a few minutes walk away from Paignton Beach and Pier and is the perfect base from which to explore beautiful South Devon.

We are very proud of our breakfasts and source our main ingredients from local suppliers. We can happily cater for you if you have a particular dietary request, such as Vegan, Wheat free, dairy free or you simply like a lighter option in the morning.
The Guest House is ideally situated just a few minutes’ walk away from the Beach. The town centre is a few hundred yards away, which is where you will find the train station and bus station, as well as a good selection of quirky shops. There are numerous places to eat and drink within a gentle stroll.
Whether it’s a relaxing couple of days break, an energetic water sports adventure, a walk on the Coastal Path, or a visit to one of the many attractions in the area, then we are the perfectly placed Guest House to base yourself. Maybe leave your car in our car park whilst exploring the area and use the excellent local public transport, then end the day by relaxing in our beautiful, award winning garden which faces the sun all day.

This guest house is a gem such a lovely welcome from Maria and chris when you arriveroom was spotless a great breakfast in the morning from Chris what ever you ask for you will get the guest house is close to beach and shops a lovely park just round the corner it's our 5th visit here and we can't fault it so thankyou both for such a lovely stay once again see yousoon Keith /Jen x - Keith/Jen
