About
Our festival is back, bigger & better than ever for 2026!
We’re excited to announce that the massively popular local funk, pop & soul band “Joey the Lips” will headline the Saturday evening, 6pm until 8pm!
The incredible line-up for the weekend
also includes:
Mafia4
Oo De Lallys
Harbour
New Daze
Blu Funk Allstars
Hot House Combo
and more!
RNLI
Debbie and her amazing team of fundraising volunteers from the RNLI. In the last 4 years alone, we’ve raised over £15,000 at our events. Last year Greasy and the crew of the All Weather Lifeboat joined her onstage to present the raffle, and our local heroes will be joining us again this year!
This year as we have an extra day, we’re hoping to help them raise even more! Gain entrance to the festival by making a donation of your choice to the RNLI.
We’re also adding more family friendly stalls and activities this year. Including face painting, ice cream and doughnut stalls, hair braiding, festival glitter, handmade toys and crafts.

To get a feel for what a joyous and inclusive event this is, why not watch this brilliant video of last years event, produced by local filmmaker, John Tomkins.
Freshly prepared local food & drink
For one weekend the Banjo, Princess Gardens, becomes a mini festival village with outdoor bars, a BBQ, Hog Roast, Seafood Paella & a Vegan Kitchen!
The story so far…
Offshore & Bays Fest started life back in 2013 as a one-day charity event, built on a simple idea — celebrate the very best of our local music, food and drink, while raising money for lifesaving causes.
Set against the stunning harbourside outside Offshore Bar & Restaurant, the festival grew year on year, gaining an incredible following of locals and visitors alike. After an unforgettable turnout in 2024, Torbay Council gave us the green light to take things to the next level…
