Float peacefully on the warm water as you’re immersed in a 60-minute live sound therapy session — a unique combination of gentle frequencies and therapeutic vibrations designed to calm the mind, soothe the body, and reconnect you with the natural elements.
After your floating sound bath, dry off and head for a light seafood supper overlooking the English Riviera. Expect seasonal, locally landed seafood, lovingly prepared, and served with the same care and tranquillity as your sound journey.
