Offshore is a busy cafe-bar by day and one of the most exciting restaurants in Torquay by night. Situated in an envious location overlooking the harbour, Offshore is perfect in the summer for al-fresco dining, and drinking. With the motto, Fresh-Affordable-Quality, Offshore has a great choice on the menu, offering something fresh and tasty for everyone. There are steaks, stone-baked pizzas, fresh seafood dishes, great vegetarian specials as well as a nice choice on the children’s menu.

After opening it’s doors for the first time in 2011, Offshore has established itself as one of the most popular places to eat, drink and relax in the Bay. With a hundred seats on the pedestrian area outside, it is the perfect spot in the summer for al-fresco dining and drinking. The interior has a great ambience, so Offshore’s food and drinks are enjoyed by locals and visitors throughout the year, whatever the weather and if you book a table for food in the evening, you can keep it all night for the live music later on. The regular live music takes place between 9.30pm and Midnight, and features only the best artists and bands the Bay has to offer. Consequently, whether you are simply meeting up for a drink and chat with old friends, or if you want to book a party in for a meal and maybe a dance after, this is the place for you.

Offshore is open for breakfast from 9am, and the lunch menu also includes fresh filled baguettes, jackets, fresh organic coffee, Devon Cream Teas and homemade cakes with plenty of gluten free options.
