Lee and Shell welcome you to Beach House a traditional family run B&B situated in the heart of Paignton.

Paignton is part of the English Riviera, it is positioned between Torquay and Brixham. The three towns together are also known as Torbay and enjoy its own little micro climate.

A Family run B&B only a 2-minute flat walk to Paignton beach and pier and the pretty harbour.

A 5 minute walk up the road and you will have the shops and an excellent choice of restaurants cafes and bars, the beautiful and relaxing Victoria Park is just up the road.

Paignton Train and coach station are just a five minute walk.

Ideal for family breaks, ramblers for walks along the south west coastal path, bikers who wish explore south Devon, visiting family and friends or just to get away from it all.

Prime location for, Steam train, Geo Park, Zoo, splash down Water Park, Palace Theatre and central for all major attractions.
