About
Rosa has 2 self catering apartments which are light, airy, spacious and entirely self-contained with lots of home comforts and mod cons plus sea and harbour views. Each flat has a kitchen and living area, modern shower room and bedroom with a king-size bed. A large shared terrace has dining areas for each flat plus sun loungers and umbrellas. This is a very large terrace shared with the other flat, however, we restrict the use to a maximum of six people at any one time. The views from the terrace are lovely; harbour and sea-view to the south and Dartmoor to the west.. It has a sunny aspect almost all day long until the sun sets behind the hills.
The town centre and harbour are within a 10 minute downhill walk. Although central, it's still peaceful and we are set back from the road yet close to shops, restaurants and other attractions. Off-road parking is on our drive. We live in the main house and are always ready to help.
All of our previous guests from Britain and around the world have loved these spacious flats and we hope you will too.
Torquay, a traditional yet thriving seaside town is set on Devon's English Riviera coast. If you haven't visited for a while, then banish those thoughts of a resort that has seen its hey day.... the best is yet to come. This quintessential seaside resort appeared in The Guardian in late 2016, being described as one of "Britain's most booming seaside towns, undergoing a style revival with Michelin starred restaurants and swanky yachts"! You only have to drive along the seafront or take a stroll along the promenade to know that this is true. Down by the harbour and along the seafront are lots of restaurants and attractions for all age groups.

We are in Braddons Hill Road East which is close to the town centre and many of the houses and villas here are former naval properties dating back to the time when Torquay was a big naval centre. We are set back from this rooad with a driveway and parking and this means there is very little traffic noise.
