About

Maidensea House is a luxurious self-catering holiday home which enjoys relaxing 180-degree sea views and caters for all ages.

Overlooking the sea, it is set in a prime position in the peaceful picturesque village of Maidencombe and is a stones throw from the South West Coast Path.

The house sleeps 16 in 8 en-suite double bedrooms. Each unique bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rain showers and beautiful porcelain tiles. The beds have luxurious linens and furnishings. The downstairs bedroom and en-suite are wheelchair accessible.

The open plan kitchen has room for everyone and its space and dining area is perfect for large groups to socialise in comfort with stylish sofas, modern interiors and panoramic views. The balcony is a wonderful place for morning coffee or an afternoon G&T!

Maidensea House boasts a brand new heated indoor swimming pool, cinema room and a games complex with full sized pool table and table tennis. Plenty to do all year round!

Outside, the landscaped gardens offer suntrap seating areas and terraces looking out to sea. A perfect place to relax and chill after a day at the beach or exploring the countryside.

Maidencombe beach is a 5 minute walk from the house with other beaches nearby at Shaldon, Teignmouth and Torquay, as well as many coves nestled in the coastline near to the house.

Maidencombe is perfectly placed for kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding, coasteering or just a swim. The stunning countryside and coastal path are literally outside the house while zoos, farms and an abundance of children’s activities are very close by.
