We are a family run guest house providing bed and breakfast accomodation in Paignton and aim to make your holiday in Torbay, the English Riviera a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Devon House has been extensively renovated and decorated to create a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax and unwind and enjoy a good night's sleep.
The spacious hallways have been kept sympathetic to the Victorian era.
Devon House is a beautiful AA 4 Star Gold Victorian hotel located in Paignton on the English Riviera - Torbay. The well appointed bedrooms all have their own en-suites and have been decorated and furnished to maximise their generous space enabling you plenty of room to relax and unwind after a busy day sight seeing.

Situated in Garfield Road you are never more than a short walk away from what Paignton has to offer. The seafront is just a two minute level walk from the front door, here you will find Paignton Green, Paignton Pier, Geo Park, Pirates Jungle crazy golf and many restaurants and a variety of entertainment. The town centre is also only a two minute walk away whilst Paignton Harbour is just a 5 minute stroll. Turn left from Devon House and you are at the entrance of the beautiful Victoria Park where you can take a relaxing walk around the pond or try out the tennis courts.
Paignton has many fine restaurants for you to dine in offering a variety of international cuisine to include The Gurkha, Thai Garden, Tex Mex, Tj's Restaurant to name but a few.

From the A380 follow the signs to Paignton. At the end of Cecil Road is a T Junction and set of traffic lights. Turn right and follow the road round to your left into Paignton town centre. Take the next sharp left over a level rail crossing and continue past the car park following the road to the right and you will find us located on the right hand side.
