The swim will be a choice of skins or wetsuit, any front stroke and the sign up fee includes your race hat, timings, post swim sports drink, post swim hot chocolate, full professional safety cover and a finishers medal. There are also trophies for those who win 1st, 2nd, 3rd male/female in each distance.
The 2km swim is open to anyone age 16+. Anyone age 16 or 17 will need to swim with a chaperone at the side for the whole swim. The 4km swim is open to anyone aged 18+.
