About
Shoals Seafood Restaurant is the brainchild of Sean and Sarah Perkes. Established in 2014, the once storage room for the open air seawater pool has been transformed into a unique fish lovers dream. The small family run restaurant and outside terrace provide beautiful coastal views across the bay and beyond.
The family are 5th generation fish merchants and everything is selected by Sean daily from local boats landing to the world famous Brixham Fish Market. This truly is boat to plate!
Sean’s memories of sitting in the galley of his fathers fishing trawler, the Jannie Marie in the 1970’s, eating freshly caught fish will always be the inspiration.
To encourage others to enjoy simple cooked dishes with the emphasis on quality ingredients.
The Fish will always be the star!
