About
Our Head Chef and his talented Kitchen team produce the finest modern English cuisine. Sourcing the very finest local produce, this restaurant is a firm favourite dining venue within the local area. All dishes are prepared using the best and freshest local ingredients wherever possible. Our seafood is all sourced from Brixham Fishing Port and delivered to our door 6 days a week.
Our varied and extensive A La Carte dinner menu is served nightly by our Brigade of Chefs. Dinner, room and breakfast are available on booking which enables you to dine with us at preferential terms with varied choices from our à la carte dinner menu. If you are not booked on Room and Breakfast terms, all dishes are priced individually on our à la carte menu.
Dining is a relaxed yet very special time at the Livermead Cliff, our attentive staff will take care of your every need, ensuring you have a great evening of fine food. To accompany your meal, why not choose a bottle of wine from our extensive wine menu.
Well-behaved dogs and responsible owners are welcome at Livermead Cliff Hotel too, so you can bring your four-legged friend along. Dogs can be taken into some of the ground floor areas of the hotel including the bar and outside terrace area and the hotel has easy access to year-round dog-friendly beaches at Livermead Sands and Institute Beach, as well as Cockington Village and Country Park (1.4 miles) to stretch your legs after lunch.
The hotel is conveniently situated on the main coastal road between Torquay and Paignton so whether you’re planning to visit South Devon by car, train or coach, you’ll be able to get here very easily. There are bus stops just a 1-minute walk from the hotel with regular bus services including the very frequent Stagecoach Gold, 12, 22 and 122.
The English Riviera’s 22 miles of stunning coastline forms part of the South West Coast Path and is a designated UNESCO Global Geopark. Torquay has recently been named in the Top 10 for the Best UK Seaside Destinations for Families and with 10 award-winning sandy beaches, top visitor attractions and plenty of places of interest, the Livermead Cliff Hotel is ideally located to access it all.
