Our beautiful victorian guesthouse is well placed next to Youngs Park, with its boating lake and nature reserve, it is steep in history. From the front door you can see the colourful beach huts running along Goodrington Sands seafront and the outline of Berryhead in the distance across the bay.

Our quiet parkside location is conveniently separate from the hustle and bustle of Paignton town but within walking distance of the many local eateries, fantastic transport links and a plethora of local attractions. 

We are blessed to enjoy The Dartmouth Steam Train as it passes by at the end of our lane. Goodrington Sands is also home to the UK's largest outdoor waterpark, Spalshdown Quay West, just a short stroll across the park. Reach Outdoors is also on hand to provide a multitude of water sports activities, including paddle boarding.

Our sunny, homely dining room is where the magic happens. Breakfast is the highlight of the day. Piping hot coffee, a variety of cereal, warm toast and delicious creamy yogurts are on offer but our cooked options are a must. Will you choose the Full English with butchers sausage, delicious bacon, fresh mushroom, vine tomatoes and tasty beans? Or you may prefer a lighter option with bagel and scrambled eggs, veggie breakfast or a spot of succulent smoked salmon. Feeling like a lie in, no problem, you can choose to have a breakfast sandwich brought to your room.
