Two Beaches B&B is a friendly, light and spacious guest accommodation in the heart of Paignton on the English Riviera. We pride ourselves on our high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail and the relaxed, homely and happy atmosphere that we create for our visitors.
We have 7 guest bedrooms: six double rooms and one single, each with their own individual character and named after local places such as Anstey, Elberry and Churston. Our spacious bedrooms are equipped with all the essentials that you will need and include en-suite bathrooms, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio alarm and hairdryer. There is a private onsite car park for guests to use as well as some free on-street parking on St Andrews Road. We have a garden and sunny patio area, perfect for soaking up the lovely Mediterranean-style climate. Some of our bedrooms have sea views and there are two accessible guest bedrooms located on the ground floor for visitors with limited mobility or access needs. Please note that our other rooms can only be accessed by stairs. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We welcome children over the age of 13 years and our single room, Saltern is suitable for teenagers, whilst our twin rooms, Goodrington and Broadsands are ideal for siblings sharing. We are unable to provide extra beds in our rooms.
Each morning we serve our award-winning breakfasts with an extensive menu that includes a selection of cereals, yoghurts, chilled fruit juice and fresh fruit salad, hot toast or croissants with jams and honey. We use locally sourced produce whenever possible including West Country sausage, British bacon and free range eggs for fried, scrambled, boiled or poached options with your delicious Full English Breakfast. There is also smoked haddock, smoked salmon and a choice of omelettes. We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, coeliac and gluten-free diets so please let us know if you have any special dietary requests when you make your booking.
We are ideally located within a 10-minute walk of Paignton Beach and Goodrington Sands, 2 of the English Riviera’s 10 award-winning beaches. Paignton was also named in the Top 10 Seaside Resorts for families to visit by Day Out With The Kids.
Paignton is at the hub of the English Riviera and has easy access by road or train to Torquay, Brixham, Totnes and Dartmouth, where there are a wide variety of things to do and see, with Paignton Bus Station and Paignton Train Station (0.4 miles) close by. A short stroll will take you to Paignton’s quaint fishing harbour (0.5 miles) and onwards to Roundham Head and Gardens, a clifftop parkland with spectacular views out to sea and towards Torquay to the north and Brixham to the south. On a clear day you can see across Lyme Bay to Portland in Dorset. Paignton has lots of visitor attractions such as Paignton Pier (0.8 miles); Paignton Zoo (1.5 miles) Dartmouth Steam Train (0.9miles); the multiplex Vue Cinema; seasonal visiting fun fairs and an international touring circus. Torbay Road (0.3 miles) is known as Paignton’s ‘Golden Mile’ and has a range of indoor amusement arcades with slot machines, games as well as shops selling holiday souvenirs and gifts. Splashdown Quaywest Water Park (0.9 miles) provides a thrilling day out for all the family and Torbay Velopark (0.9 miles) is the only outdoor closed road circuit in Devon and Cornwall for amateur and professional cyclists. Our location is ideal for walking or hiking and accessing the famous South West Coast Path and visiting the gateway sites of the English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark.

When coming into Paignton from Newton Abbot. Follow the signs to Paignton sea front and you will find the Apollo Complex on your left. At the end of the road turn right at the roundabout and St. Andrews Road is second road on the left. Keep going for about 400 yards and the Two Beaches is on the left.
Follow the M5 Southbound. Leave the M5 at Exeter and join A38 toward Torquay/A380, Stay on the A380 following signs for Torquay. The A380 eventually leads directly into Newton Abbot, to Penn Inn Roundabout. Follow the signs for the A3022 leading to Paignton Seafront, there you will find the Apollo Complex on your left. At the end of the road turn right at the roundabout, St.Andrews Road is the second on the left. Keep going for about 400yards and the Two Beaches Hotel is on the left hand side.
