The flat is family and pet friendly and centrally located with in easy level walking distance of Paignton,  Goodrington and Preston beaches as well as Splashdown Waterpark, Paignton Zoo, Steam Railway and much more. Easily accessible are Brixham, Torquay and Totnes by car/ public transport, and Dartmoor National Park by car

Access is via your private courtyard garden . There are 3 wide deep steps and 4 smaller steps to the front door where the keys safe is on the right hand side. The front door opens onto the large open plan lounge / diner . The lounge diner is open plan to the well equipped kitchen where there is a large fridge, freezer, microwave, air-fryer, water-boiler, toaster, kettle, full-size dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area accommodates 6/8 people. From the open plan hall the bedrooms and bathroom are accessible. The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed , 2 chests of drawers, clothes rail, dressing table with mirror and a smaller magnifying mirror, plus a makeup light and hair dryer. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable double and single bed as well as storage for plenty of clothes and personal effects. The flat is bright and well equipped with a large smart television and WiFi. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge. Extra blankets are provided and towels and beach towels are all supplied which can be replenished mid stay on request. For longer stays I offer full bed linen and towel changes on request. Equipment for little ones is available on request including travel cots and bedding , bed guard, step stool, baby bath, potty and high chair. I can store up to 2 mobility scooters and provide an electrical charging point for them in a large locked shed. Your furry friend is very welcome but please do not leave them unattended in the flat and please keep them off the furniture. Parking for 1 car can be provided on request and there is further on road free parking at the front of the property. Please note that the bath runs slow so is only suitable for bathing little ones or furry friends. The over bath shower is electric so recommended.
