The Elmdene is perfectly situated to explore the English Riviera and its surroundings. We have a bus stop 50 metres from the front of the building and are on a level, just 300 metres from Torquays beach and railway station, and 250 metres from the Riviera International Conference Centre and also just a short walk from Torquay town centre, theatre and harbour.

Despite our close proximity to amenities, the Elmdene is set in a quiet and peaceful location on a tree-lined road with a lawn garden to the front and has a large car park allowing ample parking for guests. The front of the building overlooks a large park. The Elmdene has 7 beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms and has a comfortable sun lounge and tv lounge with a well-stocked honesty bar and also free wifi.

Breakfast is served at individual tables, in our elegant Victorian dining room. We offer a varied selection of cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit and a freshly cooked English breakfast to order or lighter options of your choice.
