Welcome to Stanley House Holiday Apartments in Paignton, part of the beautiful English Riviera.

Our accommodation is ideally located between Paignton Beach and Goodrington Sands.

The harbour side is a short walk from the house where you can catch a ferry to Torquay, Brixham or Dartmouth to enjoy a day out leaving your car behind. Alternatively book a fishing or sight-seeing trip.

The apartments are spread across the first and second floor and approached by an external flight of steps.
Each apartment is fully equipped for self-caterers. Bright, modern and tastefully decorated

All beds are made up for your arrival with tea towels and cleaning products being provided.
Please bring your own towels unless you wish to hire them from us at an additional cost of £4.50 per set. Each set contains one bath and hand towel.

For families with small children a high chair will be provided but please pre book.

Check out time is 10am unless negotiated with the proprietor,
On your arrival day we aim to have each apartment cleaned and ready for you to collect your keys by 2.30-3pm.

During peak season change over day is Saturday.

Short breaks are available throughout the year with the exception of peak season, unless advertised on our special offers page.

Low season we are flexible on arrival days and times. Duration of stays and late checkouts wherever possible.

We are open all year round and offer short term winter lets. Please call or email us for availability.
