Internally the The Mansion is furnished to a high standard with high specification furnishings. The Lounge and Dinning Room have High Ceilings with Bay Windows each with a glass door leading out on to the balcony, which has spectacular views. Day or night, guests will be rewarded with unrivalled panoramic views from this striking apartment.  Gaze down on the vibrant marina, Torre Abbey Beach, or across the Bay towards Paignton and Brixham or further inland as far afield as Dartmoor on a clear day. It will provide the perfect viewpoint for annual events including the Air Show, firework displays and sailing events throughout the year.

Parking - There is one garage which you can access via the door at the end of the corridor.  The maximum size vehicle it can take at a squeeze is 1.93m High. 2.25 Wide and 5m Long. There is a switch on the right hand side that will open the garage door from the inside. You also be provided with a remote control for the Garage Door to open it from the outside.  

Parking in the street is unrestricted where there aren’t double yellow lines. It can be busy during the daytime, especially on Saturdays, which is change over day.  There are always seems to be spaces at night.
