You’ll also be right by the coast, a short walk from Torquay marina and pretty beaches.

The first of its kind in Torquay, the new £2m Spa includes a 15 metre Lap Pool,13 metre Hydro Pool with 10 stations, Large Gymnasium, Sauna, Steam Room, Salt Room with Heated Loungers, Ice Room with Ice wall and Ice Fountain, 5 Treatment Rooms including a Couples Treatment Room, Designated Pedicure Room, Nail Bar with 3 stations.

The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout with recently refurbished guest bedrooms and a choice of Compact, Classic, Club and Signature Guest Rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi, LCD flat screen TVs with Freeview.

Guests are able to enjoy the delightful outdoor pool, heated to a delightful 30 degrees and the stimulating jacuzzi during the warmer months of May through to September.

The hotel is surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and a grass lawn with a large patio area. There is ample free parking onsite so why not leave the car and explore Devon’s Beautiful Bay on foot or by bicycle as there are many country walks, cycle routes and the famous, South West Coast Path within easy reach.

Lincombe Hall  has a spacious bar and lounge area with a cosy open fire and a bistro menu offering home made lunches, light bites, delicious cream teas and dinner along with a dedicated restaurant serving a more formal evening meal.  The hotel has a range of special offers including a daily Cocktail Happy Hour between 4pm and 6pm and a Complimentary Dinner Offer available certain times of the year.

The breakfast consists of a wide selection of continental and hot food buffet options. The restaurant offers modern-style evening dining served in art deco designed surroundings and a light and airy conservatory with pleasant views. Allergies and special dietary requirements can be accommodated. The evening menu consists of quality, freshly prepared hot and cold dishes using locally sourced ingredients and a three-course menu including starter, main and dessert is available.  There’s a wide selection of wines to accompany your meal and after-drinks such as brandy or liquer to savour as you enjoy the evening's entertainment provided on selected nights. There’s also a large screen cinema with popular films shown.

Lincombe Hall Hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance (0.7 miles) of Torquay’s lively harbourside for designer shopping; pubs, bars and clubs for night time entertainment and a wide selection of places to eat. It is also a short stroll (0.5 miles) to the Blue Flag and Seaside Award winning Meadfoot Beach, a popular spot with new and returning visitors and locals for fishing, diving, wild swimming, sunbathing and paddle boarding. There are spectacular views of the sea and the uninhabited island, Thatcher’s Rock from Meadfoot Sea Road. The area has some historical links too as Charles Darwin, the famous author of ‘On the Origin of the Species’ stayed in the area in 1861.

The charming village of Wellswood lined with a wealth of independent shops, tearooms, cafes and a fine food deli is close by (0.8 miles) and is home to Kents Cavern, once the home to Britain’s earliest humans and Ice Age beasts, an award-winning visitor attraction with Stone Age caves and a gateway site to the English Riviera’s UNESCO Global Geopark (1.1 miles). The quaint suburb of St Marychurch with its delightful pedestrianised precinct, family-run businesses and Bygones Museum, packed with three floors of memorabilia and a life-sized Victorian shopping arcade can be accessed by car (2.2 miles) or using Stagecoach 22 or 122 regular bus services. Babbacombe Model Village, Babbacombe Cliff Railway and Babbacombe Theatre (2.1 miles) also provide plenty of entertainment for all ages.

Lincombe Hall Hotel is the perfect location to explore all that the English Riviera and South Devon has to offer.
