The Esplanade Hotel, Paignton is the perfect base for a seaside holiday on the ‘English Riviera’, Devon. There are 83 comfortable, en suite bedrooms, many with a sea view, as well as restaurant, lounge and bar, and the Riviera Suite with regular live entertainment including comedy, music and quizzes. The South West Coastal Path is close by, so if you’re walking the path and looking for a comfortable place to stay, the Esplanade Hotel is perfect.
You’ll never be short of things to do in this classic English seaside town. Paignton has a pier and harbour and is perfectly placed for excursions and trip to explore the sea, the Devon coast with rocky coves, pretty towns, and amazing landscapes. There are regular events and festivals.
Paignton Zoo will keep family members of all ages entertained. Local attractions such as the UNESCO Global Geopark, Compton Castle and Dartmouth Steam Railway, The Dartmoor National Park, as well as other towns such as Totnes, Dartmouth and Torquay, where you’ll find a broad range of entertainments, are all close by.
