Tim & Vicky welcome you to this delightful Edwardian residence with 7 good sized rooms offering you a stay of total quality with the excellence and value that you would expect from 4-star guest accommodation, with breakfast included. We are situated close to the Riviera Conference Centre, Torre Abbey Gardens, Torre Abbey Sands (beach), Torquay railway station, and are only a short stroll from the harbour and town centre.
Brandize Guest House is non-smoking throughout, family run with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere dedicated to making your stay an enjoyable experience. All bedrooms are en-suite, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with tea/coffee making facilities, comfy chairs, TV, and hair-dryer. Guest wifi is available throughout. There is a good sized car park for off-street parking, a pleasant sunny garden for you to sit in and (subject to Covid-19 restrictions) a lounge to relax in with games, maps and books.
We have a variety of rooms including a superior superking bedded room (with bath+shower), a king bedded room, both with views looking out over the Torre valley. Two of our other rooms can be made up either as twin beds or as a zip linked superking bed depending on your needs. We also have one family room to accommodate two adults plus two children in bunk beds (age 5 – 13yrs advised). If you have children under 5 yrs, please contact us to assess the suitability of our property.
We offer a diverse menu of breakfast items comprising home-cooked traditional English breakfast with vegetarian options available, or alternatively cereal, fruit and pastries. We can also cater for food allergies and intolerances – please make us aware of your needs.
While seeking to welcome all guests, we do have 7 stairs from car-park to entrance hall level, and we only have a limited number of ground floor rooms. Please contact us to discuss any mobility needs before booking.
To aid security for our guests and staff, CCTV operates in the common areas.
Covid-19 measures: We support efforts to minimise the spread of Covid-19 by our reduced occupancy, cleaning of common areas, contactless check-in and payment system, and other measures to align with current government advice. Bedrooms are quarantined for >24 hours between guests. We kindly request that guests also follow current government advice.

Road Directions
By car: From the A380, follow the A3022 Riviera Way into Torquay crossing straight over 5 sets of traffic lights. Approaching the traffic lights by Torre station (Halfords) take the right-hand lane, following the signs to the sea front, and fork right at the lights into Avenue Road (continuation of A3022). Continue along Avenue Road for approximately 0.5 miles, straight over the first set of traffic lights, and Brandize Guest House is on the left hand side.
From the sea front, proceed towards Torquay railway station on Rathmore Road and follow the one-way system along Falkland Road. At the traffic lights bear left into Avenue Road and Brandize Guest House is on the right hand side.
