Approaching Torquay from Newton Abbot on the A380 you will come to the English Riviera roundabout. Carry on following signs for Torquay through two sets of traffic lights. At the third set of traffic lights (with Torbay Hospital on your right) turn left, following T.U.F.C. (Torquay United FC) signs, straight over the first roundabout, through Hele Village and down the hill to a twin mini roundabout.Turn Left then right at these, travelling straight across up the hill. You will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn left into Manor Road. Continue along Manor Road until the traffic lights. Turn right into Babbacombe Road. Beech Close is approx 0.3 of a mile along Babbacombe Road, on the right hand side, immediately past St Alban's Road and before a garage, both on the right.
