Accessed through the main entrance, this first floor apartment has much to offer.  The open plan kitchen/diner/lounge has picturesque views across Young's Park, Goodrington Sands and the ocean beyond.  The kitchen has wall to ceiling patio doors which give access to an enormous 40sq metre private balcony which runs the length of the apartment.  The contemporary lounge has an additional ‘sun lounge’

The master bedroom has a king size bed with separate bathroom and is adjacent to the lounge also benefiting from the balcony and view, whilst bedroom one has twin beds with en-suite.  This apartment has a family bathroom incorporating a bath, shower over with separate thermostatic controls, wall hung WC and vanity unit.

Beautiful Goodrington with its long, sandy beach is one of the most popular resorts on Devon’s English Riviera.  Set in a wonderfully attractive, sheltered bay close to Paignton, Goodrington offers the very best of Devon seaside fun. You’ll love the picturesque steam train running close behind the gentle curve of gaily-painted beachhuts.  There’s also a splendid promenade, boating lake, Rock Walk Gardens, a large waterpark and a range of kiosks and eateries.

Goodrington Sands is one of the best beaches on Devon’s English Riviera.  The half-mile long sands with its safe, clean waters are a great place to pitch your deckchair and enjoy the fine weather we get here in South Devon. One end of the beach is dog friendly all year round with lots of space for your pooch to run and swim.  The relatively warm waters off this award-winning beach are perfect for indulging your passion for watersports.   The Reach Outdoors Adventure Centre offers kayaking, paddleboarding and coasteering.

Children will go wild for Splashdown, the UK’s biggest outdoor waterpark with spectacular views of the beach and the Bay.  As well as the eight exhilarating waterslides there are special areas for toddlers and a 20 metre long swimming pool with sun terraces for the less adventurous.
