The living space and kitchen/diner offer guests a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. Patio doors open to the enclosed private patio at the back that makes best use of the late afternoon and evening sunshine. Soft cushioned garden furniture allows you to dine outside or read the morning paper.
To the front is a large delightful patio area with a nautical theme which continues into the quaint summer house. This hideaway at the bottom of the garden is ideal for escaping for a few minutes. Bistro seating and a parasol are provided for your comfort.

The steam trains of the Dartmouth steam railway can be heard passing by in the valley. This central position in the Torbay area gives you endless options for days out in this sunny corner of Devon.
