We will convene at Sharkham Point Car Park 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the class and proceed together to the beach. For those who have not visited St Mary's Bay Beach, please note that there are numerous steps, but the experience is certainly worthwhile. Kindly include your mobile number on the booking form to receive updates in case of changes to the weather forecast. Please bring your own mat and water bottle, and ensure you wear suitable footwear for the descent. You are welcome to bring swimwear if you wish to enjoy a swim in the sea afterward.
