About
The Rally is a low-key Sail-in-Company event for classic vessels and takes place in the beautiful setting of Torbay. Sailors come along to enjoy the views and the company of like-minded people in a relaxed social setting.
The event normally rounds off the season and generally attracts a modest number of boats from the local regions of Torquay, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Teignmouth and, of course, Brixham.
As with the Spring Regatta, the event is open to all boats of a ‘classic’ design and/or construction. These include gaff-rigged, junk-rigged, yawls & ketches, or vessels that are more than 30 years old.
There are no specifically organised side-events but Brixham Yacht Club is happy to act as host to those taking part.
The Brixham Heritage Sailing Rally 2026 will be held on the 12th September.
We also look forward to seeing all our heritage sailing friends at the Brixham Heritage Sailing Regatta 2026 on the weekend of the Late Spring Bank Holiday 22-24 May.
