Disabled Parking

Car Parking:

Blue badge holders do not currently receive free parking.  Torbay Council offer yearly parking permits to persons with disabilities who are eligible. Please visit their website at www.torbay.gov.uk for further details or contact the Parking Services team on 01803 207695.

On Street Parking:

Blue badge holders are permitted to park on street on a yellow line restriction (providing there is no loading ban in place at the location) for up to 3 hours ensuring that the badge and time clock are displayed correctly and no obstruction is being caused.  When parking in a limited waiting bay disabled drivers are able to park for as long as required providing again that the blue badge is displayed correctly.

PLEASE NOTE: Disabled blue badge holders do not have permission to park in Bus Stops, Taxi Ranks or Loading Bays.
