Strength & Conditioning Room

We have just opened a newly refurbished fitness room for 2018 to expand our current health and fitness suite facilities.

You will find a variety of weights and equipment in a modern and motivationally decorated room located through the existing gym next to the Cardio Cycling room. This price of entrance to the fitness suite and all memberships include this facility at no extra charge.

Fitness Suite

Lifestyle's gym features an extensive mix of the very latest cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as a range of free weights. Our 57 fitness stations include Concept 2 Rowers, heart rate treadmill and cross trainers as well as a complete range of resistance equipment. 

Please note - some equipment has been moved to the Strength & Conditioning Room

There's air conditioning, TV monitors and sound system as well as experienced friendly instructors on hand at all times for your safety, comfort and enjoyment.

Aerobics Studio

A wide range of Aerobics classes and other fitness activities are on offer in our purpose-built fitness studio. 

The studio features a beech sprung floor, mirrored walls, full air conditioning and a dedicated sound system to match your pace.

Cardio Cycling Room

Using Star Trac Spin bikes, Cardio Cycling is a highly motivating group cycle class which will help take you on a journey to a fitter and healthier lifestyle.

Lower body fat, lose weight, improve aerobic fitness, relieve stress and burn up to 500+ calories per session!

With classes over 10 times a week there's sure to be a time that fits in with your Lifestyle. 

Wet Facilities

Relax and unwind in a traditional 8 seater Scandinavian sauna. Saunas are a perfect way to tone and cleanse the skin after a hard workout. Why not try our 12 individual seater steam room. The gentle moist heat of a steam room will reinvigorate your body, leaving you feeling refreshed.

Our 8 seater Jacuzzi is a wonderful way of relaxing after a workout and is the best antidote to any stressful day. The water jets will massage gently to soothe away any tension or tiredness.

The Aqua Lounge

An ideal place to sit back, relax and catch up with friends over a cup of Starbucks coffee after a workout. Or why not stay for lunch and select from one of the many meals on offer.
