A seasonal thriller set in the fast and frenzied world of television with colourful characters and petty jealousies.  The emotions of the characters who work behind the scenes have cause to build into simmering hatred that inevitably leads to a murder. But who did kill Santa Claus? There are several suspects and many of the characters had a motive. A thrilling festive twist in the story makes this the perfect antidote to sugar-coated festivities.

Sprocket and Dibs have a problem! Christmas is fast approaching and Santa’s Sleigh is nowhere to be found. Will Sprocket and Dibs be able to create a new sleigh in time or will Christmas be cancelled?  Can you help them save the day? Only time will tell but with audience participation, sing-alongs and a present from Santa for every child it promises to be the perfect festive treat. Ideal for pre-school ages and children up to 8 years. Show running time is 45 – 50 minutes (No Interval) Plus a meet and greet with Santa.

Come and join us at the annual Wren Music Christmas extravaganza! Wren’s local groups will be performing a superb selection of seasonal folk songs and tunes at the Palace Theatre, Paignton. The Folk Orchestra of Torbay, Torbay Folk Choir, Singing for Wellness Choir and Acorn Choir – led by Jon Dyer, Bella Lilley and Paul Wilson – will share with you the culmination of their recent hard work. There will also be a spectacular craft stall, a hamper raffle and refreshments.

With a fantastic cast line-up, spectacular costumes and memorable songs, this really is the show to get you into the festive spirit. With songs such as ‘White Christmas’, ‘Silver Bells’, ‘The Christmas Song’ and many more, you’ll be feeling as festive as can be.

Winners of the NODA “Best Pantomime” in the South West award for 2014 and 2017 this Christmas Paignton Pantomime production brings another eggciting eggstravaganza to the Palace Theatre with Mother Goose, a tale very relevant to our times.

It’s nice to be rich but is it better to be nice? Mother Goose must choose and the fate of Pricilla, the Goose Princess, rests on her decision.

A hilarious professional script, a live 5 piece professional band, fabulous costumes, great dance routines and a top rate cast, many of whom are new to the Society, will be on hand to give you a top quality pantomime at 2016 prices. Times are hard for the Trott family; they have no money which means they can’t afford to pay the rent. The only thing they have of any value is their beloved cow, which they decide they have to sell. But when Jack is sent to market to do the terrible deed, he comes home with nothing but a handful of mouldy old beans – and that’s when the magic really begins!
