About
Situated in a quiet residential area of Torquay half a mile from the seafront, the Tor Park hotel is also within easy reach of the marina and the town centre’s shops, boutiques and restaurants.
The hotel offers great facilities for you to enjoy and all the public areas are conveniently located on the ground floor.
We pride ourselves on providing our guests with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Although we do not have a bar, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and enjoy it in the comfort of our lounges and outdoor patio.
Our hotel offers an extensive menu of vegan and vegetarian food, all of which is homemade and served in our cafe bar. We serve food at breakfast and evening meal times to cater for all tastes and preferences.
In addition to our cafe bar, we have a pool table and dart board for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Our hotel is conveniently located near a train station, which is only a 5-minute walk away, and is also on a main bus route. We have ample parking available for our guests, making it easy to explore the local area by car.
The Tor Park Hotel is just 900 yards from Torre Abbey, 0.9 miles from Torquay Utd FC, and Exeter International Airport is only 20 miles away.
We take great pride in providing our guests with a high level of service and hospitality. Our friendly staff are always on hand to offer advice and assistance. We also take cleanliness seriously and strive to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for everyone.
Finally, we are located just a 16-minute walk from the main beach, making it easy for guests to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand!
Torquay is part of the English Riviera's designated UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) Global Geopark, meaning it marks single, unified geographical areas where sites and landscapes of international geological significance are managed with a holistic concept of protection, education and sustainable development. With its spectacular coastline and outstanding natural beauty, you can see why it received such accreditation. Torquay is also a real Devon foodie town, part of England’s Seafood Coast with a delicious selection of the freshest fish and seafood on offer from the nearby fish market. There are eateries galore and even a top Michelin star restaurant, The Elephant. Live music brings the delightful harbourside to life on warm summer evenings where there are many places to eat and drink al fresco, but many a cosy pub and eatery to enjoy in the cooler months too. Why not plan a breathtaking walk along England’s Seafood Coast? Click here for some information and inspiration.
