About
We are Dave and Marie and we have recently taken over the Netley and are so excited to welcome you all to our Bed and Breakfast.
Our priority is to ensure you have a great stay with us and we pride ourselves on our customer service, our accommodation has clean comfortable rooms that are beautifully presented.
We have six guest rooms, single, doubles, kingsize and 2 family rooms which is suitable for 3 and up to 5 occupants, all rooms are decorated and updated regularly.
We have a small car park to the front with space for up to 4 cars and free parking along the road,
There is a sunny terrace which is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun.
Our dining room is spacious and elegantly decorated. There is an excellent choice of breakfast from traditional Full English a Vegetarian full English, other choices include Omelette with a choice of filling, Freshly baked croissants, natural yoghurts, cereals and an array of beverages. Where possible all food is locally sourced. We are happy to cater for special dietary needs. We ask our guests to pre-order Breakfast the evening before to help us reduce food waste.
We are approximately a 5 minute walk to the “Riviera conference centre” which holds a number of events.
A 10 minute stroll through the beautiful “Torre Abbey Gardens” will bring you to the seafront and a number of restaurants and bars. A further 5 minute walk takes you to Torquay Town Centre, Princess Theatre and Torquay Marina.
For the comfort of our guests The Netley operates a non smoking policy including Vapes.

Road Directions
From M5 junction 31 continue onto the A380 then A3022 following signs to Torquay. When approaching Torquay look for Halfords superstore and Torre railway station. Take the right hand lane signposted Seafront (Avenue Road). Carry on through the next set of traffic lights, then take the next left onto Bampfylde Road. We are halfway up on the right hand side.
