Martyn & Elaine Flint welcome you to our Unique, luxury Boutique Bed & Breakfast, for adults only . We offer the choice of four King rooms and two suites all individually themed and decorated. Choose from the spacious Provence Penthouse Suite at the top of the property with views across the valley , with the option of 2, 3, 4 person occupancy, offering a second twin bedroom.  India and Morocco, both superior King rooms with seating areas,  or one of our King rooms- Bali, Tuscany or Lombok. All our rooms have kingsize beds with the exception of India which has a super kingsize Fourposter! The rooms are individually decorated to reflect their country of origin. Why not experience an exotic stay here in Torquay! We are open all year round.

We are located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from Torquay town centre in one direction and a five minute walk to the Sea Front in the other. We are close to Beaches, Shops, and a wide choice of top quality Restaurants to reflect a range of different eating experiences and Nightlife. We are also less than a 10 minute walk away from the Princess Theatre and the harbour is nearby.
All our rooms have en-suite bathrooms both the private suites- India and Provence have their own spacious sitting rooms. All our rooms have large screen HD TVs , Tea and coffee Facilities , dressing gowns for your use and toiletries, free wi-fi is available throughout. Free parking is available for all guests. We are an adults only accommodation but we do accept children over the age of 12 .

We offer a comprehensive breakfast menu which includes vegetarian and vegan options, fresh fruit salad which has been much admired, luxury yoghurts, cereals, juice etc! Full English breakfast, with locally sourced Bacon and sausages and a very popular vegetarian option. We can also cater for Gluten Free guests, just let us know at check in. 

We have a fully stocked, reasonably price Bar with a wide range of choice of spirits, wines and beers and the lounge is available for residents to relax with a drink. We have a small garden where you can enjoy a drink or just a quiet place to sit in the sun!

We can offer you suggestions for days out, information on local attractions , restaurant and bar suggestions  and general info on the local area. Elaine is a Torquay native, so we are able to advise you on the local area,to make the most of your visit. We are not far from the railway station and if we are available, we will pick you up, just let us know before you arrive.
