Forming part of an elegant Victorian terrace in one of the finest locations on the English Riviera, Sea Tang enjoys breathtaking views across Brixham marina and the whole of beautiful Torbay.
The 6 guest bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard with en suite shower and toilet, washbasin, shaver point, colour TV, alarm clock radio, hairdryer, tea/coffee-making facilities and thermostatically controlled central heating.
Sea Tang is a non-smoking establishment, providing all of our guests with a clean and fresh environment in which to enjoy their stay. Guests are given their own keys so they can gain access to their rooms at all times.
From the house, a few minutes' stroll alongside the marina and picturesque harbour brings you to the heart of the ancient fishing port of Brixham with its quaint streets, varied shops, pubs and seafood restaurants. In season you can cross Torbay to Paignton and Torquay or cruise along the coast and up the magnificent River Dart to the medieval town of Totnes.
Breakwater beach is just a short walk away as is Torbay's only free open-air swimming pool set amongst the rocks at the edge of the bay. A further 10 minute walk takes you to Berry Head Country Park with its wildlife bird sanctuary and Napoleonic forts.
South Devon is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it an ideal place to spend a refreshing break at any time of the year, and Sea Tang is an ideal base from which to enjoy it.

Maritime Roots
Brixham’s history is filled with pirates and smugglers, and kids of all ages will enjoy our hearty Pirate Days. Head for the Old Fish Market during spring and summer to find a whole crew of salty sea dogs waiting to delight children with puppet shows and pirate fancy dress! For a romantic day out, enjoy a cruise on a heritage trawler across the bay, taking in the stunning coastline (and perhaps spotting some of our local dolphins whilst you’re at it!) The RNLI Torbay Lifeboat is also stationed here and in 2016 it celebrates its 150th anniversary.

Why not visit the historic fort and at Berry Head or the Museum or the Theatre. or hear the bells at All Saints church play the well loved hymn Abide With Me which was written here in Brixham.
