Fleurie Guest House is a luxury bed and breakfast, housed in a Victorian property in a quiet tree-lined road in Torquay, and close to all amenities. Our quality guest accommodation has gained Visit England’s four-star rating and our aim is to provide every comfort you should expect and to make your stay an enjoyable one.
Our 7 quality guest bedrooms have modern en-suite facilities; generous-sized, comfortable beds; a hair dryer; radio/alarm; colour TV; hot beverage trays including bottled water; and complimentary toiletries. We have ground floor rooms and superior rooms with king size beds. We have single, double, twin, triple and family rooms. All the rooms are beautifully decorated to a high standard and are serviced daily, creating an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. We also provide free Wi-Fi internet connection in every room.
Our generous breakfast menu includes an extensive buffet where you may choose what you like with a choice of hot dishes from traditional Full English to tasty smoked salmon, with vegetarian options available.
We are a pet-friendly accommodation and welcome well-behaved dogs and responsible owners. Take advantage of Torre Abbey Meadows and gardens (0.7 miles), a large open green space and a popular spot for dog walking. The Italian gardens have an attractive pond with fountain and water rock garden and dogs on leads are welcome. Further along the coast, Institute Beach and Livermead Sands are accessible and dogs are permitted all year round.
Fleurie Guest House is ideally situated within a popular holiday accommodation district and within easy walking distance of Torquay seafront (0.8 miles), Princess Theatre (1.2 miles) and Torquay town centre (0.6 miles) with many shops, restaurants, casino and a multi-screen cinema. Riviera International Conference Centre (0.5 miles), Torre Abbey Museum (0.4 miles), Princess Gardens, Princess Theatre (1.1 miles) and the town centre (0.6 miles). Torquay Railway Station (0.7 miles), Torre Railway Station (0.5 miles) and Lymington Road Coach Station (0.6 miles) are within easy access. For guests arriving by car or motorbike we offer free onsite private parking.
The English Riviera is home to some of the best visitor attractions in the South West including The Real Crime Museum and The Escape Room which are all located on Torquay Harbourside (1.4 miles). Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, a gateway site to the English Rivera’s UNESCO Global Geopark (2.4 miles); Babbacombe Cliff Railway (1.8 miles), Babbacombe Model Village (1.8 miles) and Bygones Museum (1.6 miles) are all easily accessible by car or by taking a short bus ride using the frequent No 12 and 22 services which run between Torquay and the neighbouring towns of Paignton (3 miles) and Brixham (8.2 miles).
Torquay is the birthplace of Agatha Christie, the world’s most famous female crime writer and there are many places with connections to her life and work. Torquay Museum is home to the country’s only dedicated Agatha Christie gallery (1.5 miles) and the ‘Agatha Christie Mile’ is a must for fans. The one-mile self-guided walking trail celebrates the area’s connection to the ‘Queen of Crime’ and leads you to 12 places of interest and seven plaques to find along the way.
The area is also known as England’s Seafood Coast, home to the UK’s finest seafood and world-famous Brixham Fish Market, where over £40 million worth of fish is landed and sold at auction each year. Early morning tours are available and include a delicious fish breakfast at Rockfish for you to sample some of the freshest seafood available.

From M5 Take the M5 then the A3022 into Torquay on the Newton Road. At the traffic lights at Torre station, turn right into Avenue Road. Go through next set of traffic lights and take 1st left into Bampfylde Road.
